“A growth-stage client in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia needed a local senior hire for a niche, high-trust role: executive support to leadership, government relations, and HR operations compliance. They wanted a Saudi woman, bilingual Arabic/English, confident navigating core employment requirements. After several attempts with other recruiters, they were close to concluding the profile simply wasn’t available.
We took a mapping-first approach, building a broad but relevant longlist, which we then screened systematically to produce a tight shortlist of high-fit Saudi candidates. The CEO described our top candidate as “astoundingly good” – proof, in their words, that the process “clearly worked”.
